Description

Enjoy sweeping ocean-to-sound views and stunning sunsets from Clark's Bay View. Overlooking the peaceful waters of Clark's Bay and the Pamlico Sound, this spacious soundside home has everything you need for an unforgettable Hatteras Island vacation, including a convenient cargo lift to all levels and TVs in every bedroom.

Have some fun in the first level game room with pool table, wet bar with full refrigerator, TV and DVD player, and half bathroom. Two shaded decks offer a breezy retreat from the cares of the world with views of the sound. An en suite bedroom on this level has two pyramid bunks, one with a trundle underneath. The laundry area is conveniently located off the hallway.

Four bedrooms are on the middle level. Two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A king en suite bedroom and a queen en suite bedroom are across the hall. Shaded decks on either side of the house boast ocean and sound views, the perfect way to start or end your day.

An additional king en suite bedroom is upstairs, with views of the ocean and sound from the private sundeck off the bathroom, as well as the partially-shaded deck off the bedroom. Spend quality time together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar. A convenient half bath completes this level. Sundecks off the living and dining areas are the perfect vantage points for taking in sunrises and sunsets, as well as views over undeveloped National Park Service land.

The fun continues outside. A comfortable screened porch under the house comes complete with bubbly hot tub. Lounge in the sun or relax in the shade of the large live oak in the pool area (pool heat available). Kids and pets will love the landscaped yard and proximity to the walking and bike path. Sound access is nearby via this path, and the ocean is a short walk away across the street, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all.

Retreat to Clark's Bay View for the vacation of a lifetime!

Fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
