Moving in is easy with a dry entry under the house. A small bonus room with a queen bed is on the ground level. Take the stairs up to the middle level, where you will sleep peacefully in three bedrooms, each with TV. A queen en suite bedroom and a second queen bedroom have access to the shaded deck. The second queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bedroom with two bunk sets. The laundry area is also on this level.

A king bedroom with TV and his and her closets is upstairs, along with a full bathroom. Gather together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area for fun times as a family. Enjoy a home-cooked meal around the dining table or outside on the screened porch. The sundeck is the perfect vantage point for sunrises and sunsets.

Outside, the whole family will have a blast in the private pool, and parents and kids alike will love the separate kiddie pool. Soak in the hot tub while watching the stars. Enjoy the short walk to the beach, or take the 4-wheel drive beach access ramp less than a mile from the house. Sound access is at the end of the street, or you can take the short drive to Canadian Hole to launch your windsurfing and kiteboarding gear.

Top off the day by watching the light from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in the distance. You will fall in love with Altoona.
