Settle into island time at Carolina Caribbean! Intentional outdoor amenities including a private boardwalk and dock, gear storage, a bubbly hot tub, and expansive decks with views of the water will allow you to enjoy your time on the island to the fullest. Inside, two sprawling levels of thoughtful spaces will create the perfect backdrop for your time together with family.

The first living level hosts three of the home’s four bedrooms for a peaceful night’s rest. A queen en suite with a tub/shower combo in the private bath offers access to the sound-facing shaded deck. Next door, another queen room sharing a full bath with the floor, provides its own deck access as well. The final bedroom on the floor is a room with two bunk sets. A laundry area completes the level.

The fourth and final bedroom rests comfortably on the second floor. Sliders opening to the sundeck overlooking the Pamlico mean you’ll wake up with beautiful views of the water day in and day out. High ceilings, wall-to-wall windows, and sliders to the sundeck create a bright and airy atmosphere in the open kitchen, dining and living areas. Here, with plenty of room to gather, you’re sure to create family memories that will last a lifetime.

Days on the Pamlico Sound are right at your fingertips when you utilize the private dock to launch small watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards. From fishing, crabbing, and clamming to an array of watersports opportunities, you’ll never tire of your time on the water. Land lovers can stretch their legs on the quiet streets of the peaceful neighborhood and breathe in the salt air while soaking in the summer sun. Nightlife and an array of Avon’s favorite activities are never too far from your front door. Top crowd-pleasers in the arena of dining and shopping are within close proximity as well.

When it comes to your time on Hatteras Island, you’ll be happy you chose Carolina Caribbean!
