Carolina Sun is located in Avon’s Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, nicely situated 1 lot back from the oceanfront. Your dogs are welcome at this well-maintained home so everyone can join in on the fun.

The ground level carport provides room to store your beach and fishing gear, an enclosed outside shower and dry entry inside the home.

The first living level features a room with two singles that hosts its own entrance to the ocean-facing shaded deck, which grants access to both the frontside of the home and the pool on the opposing side. Sharing the shaded deck is a king room that features direct access to a shared bath with this floor. A third bedroom, a king en suite completes this level.

The final two bedrooms, a room with a queen and another king en suite rest comfortably on the top level. Gather together for family time in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar. Experience the full effect of life at the beach and relax on the sundeck with peaceful ocean views.

A private swimming pool (with available heat) and hot tub are perfect for splashing around. The neighborhood boardwalk that leads to the beach is across the street so you can spend your days relaxing in the sunshine on the sandy beach or playing in the surf. Area shopping, dining, the grocery store, and more are just a short drive, so you never have to venture far to find fun for the whole family.

You’ll cherish the memories made when you stay at Carolina Sun.
