The convenient covered entry to the first level opens onto the media room with TV and comfortable seating. The spacious game room with foosball and card tables features a wet bar with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and freestanding ice maker to keep your cooler full. Kick back in the quiet den with a good book. Both the den and the game room open onto a shaded deck with access to the sunny pool deck. A full bathroom with shower stall is also on this level.

All four bedrooms are on the second level, each with a TV. Two queen bedrooms, one an en suite with separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, open onto the shaded oceanfront deck. An additional queen en suite bedroom is also on this level. Let the kids enjoy their own space in a bedroom with two bunk sets. The laundry area and a full bathroom off the hall are also on this level.

Quality time abounds in the spacious great room on the third level, complete with cozy gas fireplace. Cathedral ceilings and ample windows let in natural light and stunning ocean views. Gather around the large dining table for a family feast prepared in the adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar. Take in the salt air from the partially shaded oceanview deck, the perfect place to relax to the music of the ocean. A half bathroom completes this level.

Enjoy some quiet time in the enclosed loft with queen bed and sleeper sofa, which also features a TV. The fantastic sundeck is the perfect perch for stargazing by night or watching the sun come up over the ocean horizon.

For your convenience 110 and 240 EV charging outlets are available, bring your own cable and top off the car.

Soak your worries away in the bubbly hot tub or splash in the private pool. Bask in the sunshine on the sandy beach right in front of the house, or cast your line in the surf to reel in the catch of the day.
