You'll be havin' a blast at Summer Lovin, this beautiful 5-bedroom home with private pool, tiki bar, and hot tub. Situated just four lots back from the oceanfront in a quiet neighborhood, this home's light, summery décor will help you relax as you take a break from the real world. With easy access to the beach and close proximity to great local shops and restaurants, this home's location is hard to beat.

The first floor has a dry entry under the house, so unpacking is a breeze. A queen bedroom and a pyramid bunk bedroom with a trundle share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Both bedrooms have TVs. Step out onto the shaded poolview deck for a soothing soak in the hot tub, or step down onto the pool deck for some fun in the sun.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms. A king en suite bedroom and a queen bedroom, both with TV open onto another shaded deck with stairs down to the pool. A pyramid bunk bedroom with a trundle shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the queen bedroom. The laundry area is also on this level.

The open third floor is the perfect place for family time. The living area has a cathedral ceiling and a private little nook off to the side, just great for writing postcards home. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. A half bathroom completes this level. Step through the sliders onto the gorgeous oceanview sundeck, where you can catch some rays or watch for shooting stars.
