If you are looking for the perfect vacation home destination look no further than A Sunset Dream. This incredible 3-bedroom/3 full bath sound front home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Brigands Bay community in Frisco and is the perfect location. Beautifully decorated and maintained offering nearly endless amenities - a carport, under house patio, 32 foot private boat dock, outdoor shower, both sun and covered/shaded decks, spectacular water views of the Pamlico Sound, gorgeous sunsets, an elevator and more. Elevator access begins on the first level of the property.

The ground level carport provides parking, space to store your gear and a dry entry into the home. While the elevator does go to the carport level, you cannot enter the property directly from the carport via the elevator. To access the elevator from the carport, you must first enter the property on the first level and then ride the elevator down.

On the mid level is where the spacious king en suite with private bath and walk in closets is located and has direct access to the soundfront covered deck. Also on this level is a queen bedroom with deck access and a full bath. Relax and feel the warm breeze while enjoying the water views, which are some of the most stunning of the Pamlico Sound from this vantage point.

The top level of this home also features high ceilings with wood and beamed accents. A well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, granite counter tops and stainless appliances is where the chef will prepare favorite family meals with ease. The adjoining dining and cozy living area with large TV opens to the soundfront gathering area all comfortably furnished and  with tall floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the natural light and exquisite sound views from both inside the house and outside on the spacious sundeck, the perfect perch for viewing the changing sky at sunset, making way for a starlit sky above. A queen en suite bedroom with private bath off the kitchen completes this level.

Outside recreation is just steps from the door; tie up your shallow-draft boat at the private dock, launch your kayaks, and spend time exploring the shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound, or enjoy kiteboarding, paddle boarding and windsurfing. Family strolls, a run or bike ride through the quiet, residential neighborhood will provide refreshing exercise. Hop in the car for the short drive to the nearby activities, or explore further to find shopping, dining and more.

Whether you seek a peaceful retreat or exciting island adventures, you are sure to find just what you need at A Sunset Dream.

Note - Boat lift is not available for guest use.
