Welcome to Trantham’s Treasure, a gem of a home in the heart of Waves. You’ll feel right at home in this well-maintained, oceanside cottage, with light and airy décor throughout and covered porches just right for catching the soft salt breeze on a lazy summer afternoon.

Gather around the dining table for delicious meals prepared in the cozy kitchen on the first level, then retreat to the comfortable living room for light-hearted conversation or a favorite movie. Mom and Dad will sleep soundly and awake refreshed in the king en suite bedroom on this floor. A half bathroom completes this level, along with the laundry area.

Upstairs are two queen bedrooms that share a hall bathroom, both decorated in soothing pastel hues to help you relax on your retreat from the cares of the world. All three bedrooms have TVs.

Under the house is a spacious room full of entertainment options for the entire family, including game room space. Air hockey, an arcade machine, and a corn hole set will provide hours of fun and friendly competition, while a large TV with a DVD player is a great place to catch a game or your favorite show. This lockable space, accessible from inside the main living level and from the carport, also provides ample room for all your beach toys and fishing gear.

Take a walk to the beach or enjoy one of the many day trips Hatteras Island and the Outer Banks have to offer. Restaurants, shops, and other activities including water sports are nearby, so there will never be a dull day at Trantham’s Treasure.
