One level living makes this the perfect place for those for whom stairs pose a challenge. Enter through the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, a gathering place for family fun. The king en suite bedroom off the living area has a shower stall in the private bathroom. Adjacent to the dining area, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bathroom off the hall.

For guests with an electric vehicle a 48A EV Charger level II J1772 is provided at no additional charge.
 
Take in the breeze from the shaded front deck with porch swing, or enjoy island-style al fresco dining on the back screened porch overlooking the large yard with horseshoes pit.
