A full kitchen with a custom surfboard style breakfast bar and a bar height table for two is ideal for the casual breakfast. The nearby dining area offers a more formal arrangements where guests can enjoy the fantastic views of the ocean over a delicious home cooked meal. The living area will provide a perfect backdrop for time spent with family. The seating area faces the two oceanfront sliders, boasting ocean views over the dune, while a 55-inch smart TV allows for easy screening. A den with 3/4 height walls feels airy and has sliding barn doors and a sleep sofa.  For added convenience, you'll also find a half bath on this level. Take your coffee out onto the furnished sundeck or to the crows nest to catch stunning sunrises by day or watch the moonrise by night.

Grab your beach toys and fishing gear and take a short walk via the community boardwalk located right beside the house, so you will be on the beach in a jiffy, surfing, splashing, and beachcombing to your heart’s desire. Charter fishing, museum, art galleries, and the ferry to Ocracoke are all nearby, as well as shopping and dining to please the pickiest palate.
