The open design of the central living space consists of the kitchen, with breakfast bar, adjacent dining area and the living area with sleep sofa has a slider door for easy access out to the large sundeck. Just down the hall are the three bedrooms and the laundry area. One is a queen en suite with private bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms share the full hallway bath. 

The home is pet friendly, and has a screened porch that offers shaded space for relaxing. On the ground level deck, take a soothing soak in the hot tub, lounge in the various sitting areas, or take your workout to the next level with the two TRX X-Mounts. When you are ready for some beach time, take an easy walk to the end of the cul-de-sac where the community beach access offers a convenient wooden walkway with stairs up over the dunes and a sand path that leads to the beach.

Centrally located near area restaurants, an ice cream shop, groceries, a tackle shop, and more just around the corner.
