Description

You’ll be wearing a Southern Smile after your stay in this well-kept secret. With panoramic views from the dunes to the sound and overlooking miles of undeveloped National Park Service land, this home offers plenty to feast your eyes on.

Take advantage of the dry entry under the house to make move-in a breeze. Stow your beach gear in the ground-level closet to grab at a moments notice and head out for adventure.

The first floor has three bedrooms. A queen en suite bedroom with shower stall in the bathroom has a TV and opens onto the screened porch. A second queen en suite bedroom with a TV and a bedroom with two bunk sets are also on this level, along with a full bathroom off the hall. A comfortable den with TV and wet bar opens onto the shaded deck. Relax in the bubbly hot tub on the screened porch as you catch a stunning sunset over the sound.

Upstairs is the tastefully decorated living, dining, and kitchen area with cozy fireplace. Catch a glimpse of the light from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse by night from the sundeck. A comfortable king en suite bedroom with TV is also on this level, along with a half bathroom.

Head out to the beach just a few minutes' walk away or take your 4-wheel-drive vehicle out to play at the beach access less than a mile away. The Canadian Hole watersports launch site is nearby for kiteboarding and windsurfing. Your stay includes access to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis courts as well. Southern Smile is your ticket to fun in the sun.
