While views of the Avon oceanfront abound from nearly all areas of the third floor, there are none quite as breathtaking as those from the upper-level sundeck, fully furnished for hours spent soaking up the salty breeze and sunshine. The final two bedrooms, both king en suites, are quietly nestled away from the hustle and bustle of shared spaces so quiet time is never interrupted. The final half bath is just nearby for added privacy.
