Four bedrooms on the second level each have a TV and boast ocean views plus access to the shaded hot tub deck, which wraps around nearly the entire house so you can relax in the shade all day long. Two king en suite bedrooms at either end of the hall feature TVs, Jacuzzi tubs and separate shower stalls in the bathrooms. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, each with a TV, are also on this level. The central den with deck access and TV is a great gathering spot. Two full bathrooms and the laundry room are also on this level.

The expansive top level is designed for spending time with family. Ocean-to-sound views from both inside and the large sundeck will wow you. The kitchen and dining area feature a breakfast bar and second dining table.
