Description

You’ll be hooked on this comfortable home in the popular Runboat Circle neighborhood of Frisco from the moment you arrive. With a cargo lift to make move-in a breeze and a short walk to the beach, Land N Strip is the getaway spot you need.

Three bedrooms, each with deck access, are on the first level. Two queen bedrooms each have TVs and open onto the partially shaded front deck. A bedroom with a bunk set and a single bed open onto the shaded back deck. A full bathroom is also on this level, along with the laundry area.

Upstairs, the king bedroom with TV opens onto a private sundeck. An additional full bathroom is on this level. Spend quality family time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with ample seating, dual-level oven, and plenty of natural light. Relax in the sunroom with TV to take in stunning sunrise-to-sunset views over the village of Frisco, or step onto the sundeck to work on your tan.

Make your way to the nearby beach via the community sand path through the dunes. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for family strolls or bike rides. With 4X4 beach access and a tackle shop nearby, this is the perfect home base for the angler in your family. From shopping and dining to other fun family activities, Land N Strip is ideally situated for any Hatteras Island adventure.
