The under house carport area provides room for your gear and also includes a full bathroom. Four comfortable bedrooms, each with TV, are on the first level. Two king bedrooms each open to the covered deck with porch swing. One shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a bedroom with a single over queen pyramid bunk. The other has a semi-private full bath with shower stall, also accessible from the hallway. An additional bedroom on this level offers a queen over queen bunk set.

The top level is a spacious great room with an open floor plan. An abundance of windows and a slider let in the ocean views and open to the ocean-facing sundeck that also boasts views of the ocean to the horizon. The TV with BluRay player is great for family movies while relaxing in the comfortable furnishings and ample seating. The adjoining kitchen has lots of counter space and a breakfast bar. There is plenty of room around the dining table for the whole family, or take your meal to the side table in the great room area. Also on this level is a half bath and laundry.
