Description

Settle into You Should Be Here, a spacious, well-appointed home with the perfect location in the Hatterasman neighborhood in Frisco and just a short walk to the beach. All has been designed with your comfort in mind, from the gathering areas for family time to the 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with TV, to give everyone their own space.

The ground level has ample parking, double carports, and large yard with patio and picnic table. The convenient cargo lift will help make move in nice and easy.

Take the steps up on the side of the house to the first level covered entry deck. All bedrooms are located on this level and include 2 king en suite bedrooms each with a private bath, and 2 queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The two front king bedrooms open onto the shaded deck with ocean views. The deck wraps around one side, which is where the hot tub is located. The laundry area is also on this level.

Come together in the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area on the top floor with ocean views, featuring a breakfast bar, granite countertops, stainless appliances, cathedral ceilings, and windows and doors to let in the natural light. Off the living area, is a half bath. For some quiet time take the spiral stairs off the kitchen up to the cozy loft with futon and TV. Relax on the oceanview sundeck, just the spot for enjoying some island time watching the sun rise in the morning and star gazing at night.

Beach access is just a short walk to the end of the street, so you can have your toes in the sand any time you like. Enjoy shopping, dining, and more fun activities just a short drive away.

Get away from the cares of the world at You Should Be Here.
